Step   Procedure & Parts & Tools 1 JACK THE MACHINE UP ON ONE SIDE JUST ENOUGH TO RAISE ONE WHEEL OFF THE FLOOR. TURN THE GRAY WHEEL THAT IS OFF THE FLOOR BY HAND. IF THE WHEEL TURNS FREELY, THE DRIVE MOTOR IS NOT LOCKED UP.(MACHINE LAID ON SIDE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY)
